Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- Vcationswale reserves the right to accept or decline any booking without assigning any reason.
Pricing Policy
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change before booking confirmation due to fluctuations in airfare, hotel tariffs, fuel surcharges, taxes, or government regulations.
- Applicable GST will be charged as per Indian law.
Payment Terms
- A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm a booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of travel unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Failure to complete payments within the stipulated timeline may result in automatic cancellation.
- Payments must be made only to the official company account through approved payment methods.
Travel Documents
Travellers are solely responsible for carrying valid travel documents, including:
- Government-issued ID
- Passport (for international travel)
- Visa (where applicable)
- Any required permits or supporting documents
Vcationswale shall not be held responsible for any losses resulting from incomplete, invalid, or expired documentation.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Follow the rules and regulations of hotels, airlines, and transport providers.
- Respect local customs and laws.
- Maintain appropriate behaviour throughout the journey.
Changes Requested by Customers
Any request to modify a confirmed booking is subject to:
- Availability
- Approval from service providers
- Applicable additional charges
Changes by Vcationswale
In certain circumstances, itineraries may need to be modified due to:
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Government restrictions
- Operational requirements
- Safety concerns
Wherever possible, suitable alternatives will be arranged.
Liability Disclaimer
- Vcationswale acts solely as a travel facilitator between customers and third-party service providers.
- We shall not be liable for losses, delays, cancellations, damages, injuries, theft, baggage loss, visa rejection, flight disruptions, hotel-related issues, natural disasters, political disturbances, accidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Any increase in government taxes, monument fees, fuel prices, or service charges after booking confirmation will be payable by the customer.
- Travel insurance is not included unless specifically mentioned. Customers are encouraged to arrange suitable travel insurance independently.
- Additional sightseeing, extra vehicle usage, waiting charges, or services beyond the agreed itinerary will incur additional charges.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts where Vcationswale operates.
